At NYLAB, you get a reliable partner throughout the entire journey. We are a construction company with roots dating back to 1991, when our founder and CEO, Roger, began working side by side with his father in the family carpentry business.
Since then, we’ve grown — but our passion for craftsmanship remains the same. Today, NYLAB Bygg is made up of experienced carpenters and meticulous painters who are dedicated to delivering high quality, every time. We listen, plan, and build together with you — from the first idea to the finished result.

Have you heard about the new ROT deduction?
Starting from May 12, 2025, you can deduct 50% of the labor cost for work performed by us at NYLAB Bygg. This means a significant cost reduction for you, for the same professionally executed work.
The maximum amount for the ROT deduction is 50,000 SEK per person per year, and to give you an easy idea of the cost, we show the price efter after the ROT deduction in our quotes.
